Spacious and well-located
large room friendly staff free parking
My room was large and included a lobby area. It also had a sofa and workspace. The chef made a Caesar salad, and the restaurant staff were very friendly. I found plenty of free parking in the hotel car park.
I noticed that some areas could use a refresh.

The location worked well, and I found it easy to access from the motorway. It was relatively quiet. despite being in an industrial park. This was a plus. The hotel provided convenient access for my travel needs.

Breakfast service started at 07:00, which worked well for my travel schedule. The restaurant provided good food. and the service met my needs. I did enjoy the chef's special salad. It was tasty.

the room was spacious and clean the staff provided excellent service the breakfast buffet offered many choices i found the free parking particularly helpful the location was convenient for exploring nearby attractions the hotel ensured a smooth stay.
the gym equipment showed some signs of wear.

the rooms were quite spacious and clean. the staff were very friendly, showing great hospitality. free parking made arrival and departure very convenient for everyone.
i noticed some peeling on the wooden furniture, which could use some attention. this impacted the overall aesthetic of the room slightly.

the room was very spacious with a separate seating area. i appreciated the large, comfortable bed for a restful sleep. i also found the leisure facilities great, awesome for relaxation (i used the pool!).
i noticed the jacuzzi was out of order .

huge room comfortable bed delicious breakfast hot water safety concern small room
The room was huge with a very comfortable bed (i slept like a log!). Breakfast had good quality hot items and a selection of cereals and continental options. I found cheap room, great value for money. I appreciate friendly prompt efficient attentive customer service.
The shower in my room was a real issue. The water was just blistering hot with no way to adjust it. This seems like a safety concern. I think the room itself was smaller than what I've come to expect from similar hotels. It felt a bit cramped.
