My room was large and included a lobby area. It also had a sofa and workspace. The chef made a Caesar salad, and the restaurant staff were very friendly. I found plenty of free parking in the hotel car park.
I noticed that some areas could use a refresh.

The location worked well, and I found it easy to access from the motorway. It was relatively quiet. despite being in an industrial park. This was a plus. The hotel provided convenient access for my travel needs.

the room was spacious and clean the staff provided excellent service the breakfast buffet offered many choices i found the free parking particularly helpful the location was convenient for exploring nearby attractions the hotel ensured a smooth stay.
the gym equipment showed some signs of wear.

The room was huge with a very comfortable bed (i slept like a log!). Breakfast had good quality hot items and a selection of cereals and continental options. I found cheap room, great value for money. I appreciate friendly prompt efficient attentive customer service.
The shower in my room was a real issue. The water was just blistering hot with no way to adjust it. This seems like a safety concern. I think the room itself was smaller than what I've come to expect from similar hotels. It felt a bit cramped.
